What We Collect

We collect the information you provide when using Longtable: your email address, household name, and trip planning data including destinations, dates, constraints, preferences, and uploaded photos. We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

How We Use It

Your data is used to provide the trip planning service. Otto processes your input to generate trip options tailored to your group’s constraints. We use your email to send trip-related notifications and invitations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Processing

When you use Otto, your trip input (destinations, constraints, preferences) is sent to Anthropic’s Claude models for research generation. Anthropic does not train on your data per their usage policy. Your trip data is sent only when you initiate a research request, and only the data necessary to generate your trip options is transmitted.

Data Storage

Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the US-West region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit).

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us or through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Longtable uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Anthropic — AI research generation (Claude models)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Vercel — Application hosting and edge compute
• Sentry — Error tracking and performance monitoring
